The man has been counting days like a prison sentence, and he did not come for the raffle.

Over about fifteen minutes he filed four replies, each a stage of his own arbitration. He is ready for 'video verification, facial verification, document verification, identity verification, or whatever is required.' If the account stays shut, he has a simpler request: a crypto address and the funds back. In 22 months, he says, the casino has produced not a single piece of evidence against him, publicly or privately.

He says he has receipts, too: other permanently blocked accounts were restored and refunded, while his history as a promoter earned him 'hatred and discriminatory treatment.' Then the coda, addressed to anyone confusing him with the Recovery Team, the department previously accused of recovering funds and keeping them:
