BC Game Recovery Team Recovers Funds, Keeps Them
The department BC Game calls its Recovery Team is the one a player says took their balance, then copy pasted replies for 22 months.

An account named IK, 95 followers strong, kicked off Sunday with a series of replies recapping 22 months spent fighting BC Game, the whole run filed in under two minutes and addressed to a brand that, per IK, has offered only "official assurances" and zero "specific evidence."
The accused is the Recovery Team itself, a department whose name suggests its entire job is handing money back. IK says it did the opposite: took their current balance and team commissions, then spent 22 months shipping "robotic replies" while "Twitter remains silent."
I want my money back and I want this case escalated to Senior Management.
The escalation is the punchline. Six posts, one author, and a demand for Senior Management from a brand with 395,000 followers that has answered this exact case with nothing but copy paste for nearly two years. At least one reply has logged exactly one impression, which is either the algorithm or IK checking their own work.
None of it is proven, and IK is 95 followers and 3,700 posts deep, so file this under allegation, not verdict. But when the department named for recovery is the one accused of recovering funds away from a player, the wording writes itself.
