Kashlin Wants Degencity to Tip $28K to Lose
Twenty-eight grand wagered, nothing withdrawn, and the ask is more capital, not a refund.

A Degencity player posting as Kashlin opened the week's most optimistic support ticket on X: a screenshot showing $28,173 wagered and not a single withdrawal, addressed directly to the casino's co-owner.

The request, delivered with a laughing emoji doing structural damage to the sentence, was for @samutch to "flick the win switch on" and for the brand to "tip me 28k so i can 500x that shyt." Not a refund. A tip. Capital to immediately hand back.
This is the rare ask with no exit strategy. Twenty-eight grand in wager, zero dollars out, and the proposed fix is a manual override of the house edge, which the house has apparently just been sitting on. This is a player who has mathematically demonstrated an inability to stop, politely requesting the casino fund the next attempt.
The request went to @samutch, whose bio reads "spoiled brother" and "co-running @degencity," which at least clarifies who Kashlin believes controls the win switch. A 500x attempt is, at this point, just a deposit with extra steps and better lighting.
