Flush's 'Exclusive' Bubble Up Was Already Live on Gamdom
Flush declared Bubble Up an exclusive build "only on Flush." Gamdom had posted the same game five hours earlier.

At 14:00 UTC, Flush unveiled Bubble Up with the measured confidence of a central bank announcing a rate decision. "Exclusive Pragmatic Play build, only on Flush," the operator declared, noting a 6x6 grid of floating bubble frames and money symbols worth up to 10,000x, at medium volatility so nobody gets too excited too quickly.
The only complication is the timeline. At 08:43 UTC, five hours before Flush claimed sole ownership, Gamdom had already posted "Bubble Up! is here!" with the same 6x6 grid and the same up to 10,000x ceiling. The exclusive Pragmatic Play build was apparently exclusive in two lobbies simultaneously, one of which had simply hit post first.
In industry terms, exclusivity is best understood as a scheduling artifact: a title remains unique to one lobby for exactly as long as it takes the next lobby to hit post. By that standard, Flush enjoyed a window of exclusivity measured not in days but in negative five hours, which is impressive in the wrong direction.
Both parties described the same slot with identical enthusiasm and mutually incompatible ownership claims, and the timestamps have done all the arguing. The exclusivity ended before it began, leaving "only on Flush" to mean only that Flush said so.
