Part two is where the motivation surfaces. @TheXerct has been a Gamba regular 'for quite some time,' down around $10,000 lifetime across $100,000 wagered, high rolling for weeks and mostly losing by their own account. Then came the day they dropped $17K on blackjack. Their stated reason for the deep dive:

I wanted to understand what was happening and check the fairness behind the game myself.

Notice what is missing: the word 'cheat.' The banner screams 'FAKE SYSTEM,' but the body never says the house cheated them. They say they lost, and now they would like to verify the math. It is the most dignified way anyone has processed a five-figure downswing: no rage, no chargeback, just a two-part corrections column filed against the concept of variance.

The curiosity arrived exactly one losing session too late, like a forensic accountant showing up after the fire to admire the accelerant. Provably fair proves the house edge was applied honestly. It never promised they were going to win. They will get there; they are clearly thorough.
