Lucky.fun built its X bio on two magic words: "No KYC." Instant deposits, instant withdrawals, no face scans, none of it. So this week's one visible complaint arrived with a certain chef's-kiss symmetry: a player is stuck on a KYC face scan their phone will not run, and they are asking the no-KYC casino to please explain the KYC.

That was @1JAYDEE408, who filled in the details when another user asked what the problem was. "During the KYC process you need to digitally scan your face to verify," the player wrote, "but it says my phone doesnt allow that feature." The player added they don't have the feature turned on for Phantom, the wallet, and wished "someone from @luckyfun would send help."

There is plenty to enjoy here. A casino called Lucky.fun, billing itself as Crypto's Fastest Growing Casino, whose entire pitch is skipping identity checks, currently has a face-scan step that refuses to scan. The only thing scanning cleanly is the gap between the bio and the onboarding flow. Somebody send the mirror, or at least a support rep.
