No crisis comms plan anywhere, and that, it turns out, is the entire strategy.

The headline act arrived late Tuesday. Six months ago, ToshiBet explained, the casino had been phished. It barely noticed, because it is 'so up.' And to make sure the phisher understood just how little the whole episode mattered, the casino sent them an extra $1,500.
