Rollbit's GERALT666 Begs Paid Sponsors After 138-Day Freeze
Day 138 finds GERALT666 filing no tickets and dialing Rollbit's paid sponsorship rolodex instead.

Four and a half months into a frozen withdrawal, Rollbit customer GERALT666 has reached the one part of the company that might actually pick up the phone. Day 138 came and went without a decision from compliance, so the player who says the casino froze 4,000 USDT after two bets and a completed Level 3 KYC spent the day paging Rollbit's paid sponsors one by one.
The case has not moved since our last check-in. Nothing else has changed either. GERALT666 says the account was frozen back in April after exactly two esports bets. Complaints have been filed since April 14. Roughly twenty follow-ups plus a full document drop have produced no final decision. The only number that still updates is the day counter.
The Paid Sponsorship Ladder
First up was borovik, a crypto account with around 226,000 followers whose bio does the casino's disclosure work, reading "paid brand sponsor: @rollbit." GERALT666's pitch was a model of diplomacy. "Since you're affiliated with Rollbit, could you please help get my case reviewed?" A stuck customer, asking someone on the casino's payroll to become the support ticket that four months of actual support tickets could not get answered.
For me it's significant amount of money and I would be very grateful if u can have some one in Rollbit actually take a look, cause ordinary not media guy will never get response from that casino
There it is. The customer's own theory of the case. It doubles as a casino review. Ordinary people do not get responses. Only someone on the media list, the account with the check and the reach, has a number that gets picked up. WilliamTai absorbed the same lesson by Day 210. GERALT666 tagged the co-founder along the way and then kept climbing, past the people who run the casino to the people who promote it.
Next came Persiantrader, a self-described "Advisor | Partner @rollbit" with about 37,000 followers, tagged on a gold-trading post. Then GERALT666 attached the same plea to Persiantrader's announcement of a new Rollbit futures listing and tagged the listing itself. Cysic, a compute token account with 164,000 followers, became the newest rung. The escalation had gone from someone the casino pays, to someone who advises the casino, to a token the casino lists. Rollbit's org chart now ends in a ticker. The ticker has more followers than the support desk has answers.
Rollbit's own feed was celebrating while all this was happening. The casino posted that $10,000 had already been claimed in the August Ascent and asked who would climb. GERALT666 filed Day 138 directly under the mountaineering, replying "begging Rollbit to finally answer me and review my case." The casino was handing out climbing metaphors while a paying customer sat four months deep in a hole with Level 3 KYC completed and two bets to their name.
A Support Group Forms
The player also found company in the replies. On the post of another stuck Rollbit customer, ViolinBet, who says a 2,263 USDC withdrawal has been on hold since September and an account holding 1,000 USDC is blocked, GERALT666 asked the one question that binds every frozen customer together. "Is your withdrawal processed?" It is the beginning of a support group, which at the moment is the only customer support product Rollbit has shipped all year.
By the player's account, the 4,000 USDT is significant money that clearly matters. The player is plainly not going to stop knocking. GERALT666 has tagged the co-founder, worked the paid sponsors, the advisors, the futures listings, and a fellow stranded customer. When compliance finally does pick up, GERALT666 will be the one person in the room who can correct the casino on its own marketing department's org chart.
